Got the faction 300 kills done. Got the splash screen showing reward.
But no unit in inventory. No 1/3 in goals and no stat increase.
So glad I got my refund today. The wheels really have fallen off.
Yes, we saw the splash screen and I started looking for the unit in my boost items but still haven't found anything.

Since we finished the quest I closed and reopened the game over 10 times. Still no joy.
Yep my faction finished, and none of us got the reward.
Have closed and restarted the game several times and still can't find the Day 1 prize.
Not updating, we don't have the unit. Faction goal is gone. Still shows 0/3
Agreed, shows 0/3, received the splash screen of the unit. Multiple exits and reloading an still no unit. Even checking personal bonus units it's not there.

The issue was found. A hotfix has been deployed. Players moving forward will get the reward now; players who have already finished will receive the reward tomorrow. Thanks for catching this so early.
