And if you enjoy robbing others to deprive them of their own earnings, to slow their cash donations to their syndicate, or for any other reason, having built a strong IPH means you're supposed to stop robbing?
Believe it or not, most people find robbing to be sort of tedious and only necessary to provide you with cash to grow your hood, buy good items, and increase your stats. (Which raises the obvious question of "why?" that people here have been debating for about three years.) If you enjoy it for its own sake, more power to you.

Spot on...with the game sucking up insane amounts of time just to keep up there is little incentive, especially when coupled with a 104bill+ IPH, to bother too much about robbing. I managed to get my cash on hand up at 130 billion before the new bonuses came out. Robbing isn't worth the effort is it when you have that much cash? I'm sitting on a more modest 52 billion currently
With an LTB needing to be constantly upgraded those who opted to neglect IPH are paying for their mistakes by needing to rob round the clock - that's a tedious occupation to say the least. It's tough for newer players though who are still building IPH, but at least they know that it is imperative not to neglect it.
I only rob when I can be bothered and ny newsfeed provides plenty of cannon fodder without having to work too hard
