So more the a few things are wrong, thought supposedly addressed:

But more importantly, when you ask support to resolve this action now, while you're way over vault and possibly getting hit, they say no.

Also, in my case, I was a few mil under the required actual cost, so I sold 4 useless buildings to get over, well, support would not restore those either. Yes, I sold them, to get the money, That would have been acceptable IF things worked as they were supped to. But they didn't, so I was without the upgrade and now,out the sold buildings.

And support says tough crap.

I have an upgrade that costs $325.0284m and I have $340m on me and I keep getting the "Cannot reach server. Please check your internet connection and try again." error. So it's not just the $1b+ upgrades.

Worst part of all of it is this... I sent a ticket explaining everything and asking for my 1.7 billion back and I get this response:


"Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the issue where it appeared as though the incorrect building upgrade price was applied. This issue has now been addressed and will be corrected in an upcoming game version. Please be on the look out for version 4.2 in the iTunes store. As soon as this update has been approved by Apple, you should see it as available for download..

I can certainly understand how upsetting it can be to deal with such issues. I am unable to compensate for this issue.
I took the liberty to pass your feedback to our developers so that such issues can be taken care of in the future update.
