My phone crashed and after I restored my iPhone my MW acct was gone. Anyone have any input? I sent a ticket in to Gree support yesterday and haven't heard anything. So I am completely unable to help my faction during this surprise 24hr WD.

i did this same thing and it took my game..it restores it back to factory setting from when u got it..call apple and see if they can walk u thur a old restore of ur phone which is what i did and it worked..gl

Thanks Haze. I've tried restoring all my old backups and none bring back my game. So frustrating. Stuck waiting on support and this late on a Friday I'm thinking there very little chance this gets resolved anytime soon. Was just 2 lvls away from completing ind LTQ so I'm gonna miss that prize, the wrapper prize, and I'm not able to help FFF.......... Arg

I am having the same issue, just 1hr before the WD event starts got server error, when i restart apps my account was gone. Emailed support and still waiting for reply from their specialist. My ticket #1661026 if you don't mind.
Three things running currently running on my mind:
1. How can i help my faction with current WD
2. My 24H and 48H bldgs are up. .... go and raid them guys
3. How can i now beat your timer for building upgrade(innocuous biotech)
4. Plus hundreds of concrete collected in time.
