IF you mistyped, and instead ment to say T10 and T25 have the same prize then yes, you are correct. However I believe GREE is changing the T10 prize to a 2 building upgrade prize to make the fight for the top 10 spots a little more expensive.

If Gree had some actual game design sense they would make that +1 upgrade mod the prize for completing a future raid boss elite goal chain.

Cash is more in demand now than ever before and this would add a very nice strategy element to the game. Essentially, build your IPH or suffer.

I wonder if this mod hasn't been repeated again because Gree hasn't been able to successfully code 3+ upgrades at once, since those who already have +1 (ability to upgrade two buildings) would absolutely be getting this mod again when or if it is ever repeated.
