There is a display issue in the required cost of the upgrade. But the server requests the actual amount and if you have less then the non displayed actual amount you get a server error.

My understanding is composite building boost is not working so add 10% to the upgrade cost and should be good to go

Composite Building does nothing for cost reduction.
iamnasty has poor iph so i just look past his base
