    Done the survey, but can I suggest that some of the questions could have done with a "N/A" option? For example, even if someone doesn't use social media to interact with Gree staff the questionnaire still demands an answer to the staff's performance. This makes the answers you will get unavoidably fictitious and your survey outcomes statistically invalid.

    That was just brought up from another user. We have noted it and will take that into consideration when looking at the results.

    if you really want to start improving things just start reading people's comments rather than making these questionnaires that lead nowhere and will likely improve little.
