Wanderlust LTQ Question

Does anyone have a sense of whether this LTQ is worth the XP? I know when GREE raised the level cap in MW, the next LTQ was nuts in terms of XP gained.

I cant get the part 13 of the normal quest started, because there are no enemies in the nomadic encampment, just some tents. Any tips on what to do?

Try restarting a few times. If that doesn't fix it delete the app and reinstall.
