Can't upgrade special buildings?

Are you guys going to give a refund for the extra money we had to spend so far with bonuses that don't work???

Update: The building upgrade issue where a server error is received when you attempt to upgrade a building should be fixed with the upcoming release of version 4.2 in the iTunes store. This will be available as soon as it gets approval from Apple.
