i got the same situation, if we do lose our rewards and gems, make a ticket to gree.
u should get ur gems back but it wil take them 1-2 weeks to proces te ticket.
and if they refuse to cooperate in refunding gems, u can contact google support and they wil help u get cash refund from gree.

U totaly right , gree take too much time , go directly with Google is faster and give better solution.

if this is the case we should have gotten a "u are banned" message or we should have gotten into the game but an empty account.

so i dont think this is the case.

plus i dont see gree banning 90% of there player base, it would kinda hurt there own millions of dollars of income.

Phew, so its not just me huh? I was a little worried there for a second, having made a rather large purchase of gems last night...

(Conspiracy Theory) Maybe this is how phone games compliment each other? The reason I started playing KnD is because the other phone game I played religiously (PAD) was having some server issues about a week ago.

Keep getting prompted to reload the game every time it loads.

my entire guild got this issue so i am guessing server issue.

we dont know, gree has yet to give any sign that they even know the servers are down.

for al we know they are having a massive orgy over at gree HQ and they havent noticed the downtime of the servers yet.

I can get into the game fine.

The only thing I seem to have done differently to others who can't is not play when the bug started.
