Servers down?

Keep getting prompted to reload the game every time it loads.

my entire guild got this issue so i am guessing server issue.

and right when i was opening more chests ><.

Ya just happened to me as well. just spent more gems on arena points as i was about to get 40. and bang error 503 then reload to play i will be definitely making a report to get my gems refunded that i had spent trying to get that as the only reason i spent them ( and only reason i ever spend them) is for the streak

i was in the middle of chest reward screen, and pulled a second cryptic.
i gues i'l be losing it though, but time wil tell.

not like the death keys give anything realy fro what iv been getting is 79-1 bad ods don't waist gems and 25 gems? lol spend more then that in 4 hrs of play lol

I could use the 30 free energy to keep my top 40 spot in arena.

This is bull **** . Ever since the update nothing but freezing and glitching. I've lost countless war energy from freezing now this ? Gree need to do something about this and not just give me some 2 star arnors

Well got druidic from keys buddy got beast from keys I am in the middle of opening 40 more and poof got discounted bet I lost my gems n bet no chest either and bet gree don't do Nottin bout it

i got the same situation, if we do lose our rewards and gems, make a ticket to gree.
u should get ur gems back but it wil take them 1-2 weeks to proces te ticket.
and if they refuse to cooperate in refunding gems, u can contact google support and they wil help u get cash refund from gree.
