When you send in a cheat report to the Support Team, you need to include as much information as possible about the player(s) and type of cheat you are reporting. Sending a ticket which says "Alex is cheating" is probably not going to get far without a lot of going back and forth. The Support Team needs to be able to locate these players before they can even begin to investigate. Please include the following:


--Player name and level (Exact spelling including case)
--Invite code (If you have it)
--Player faction name (Exact spelling including case)
--Description of cheat
--Screenshots


Additionally, if you can make a comment to a player's comments wall, the Support Team can locate the player's account from yours. This is often helpful as players change names, and names are not unique.


Do keep in mind that the Support Team is unable to discuss their investigation with you. This is for privacy reasons.

I'm sure they are working on it but they cannot tell you for privacy reasons.

I call it the way I see it. Sup is running out of spenders. You can't tell me sup will not compete in this next WD, because OSW increased their stats on the cheap. Funniest part is SUP won't compete against (alleged) cheats. Cmon, this is horseradish. Sup has always competed against cheats, even since the beginning of Brazil. I know factions who have been
scamming the scam since Greenland. Sup knows who they are, and they continued to compete against them. Only difference here is OSW has the funds and the stats to smack sup silly.

It has been reported many times but the players continue to remain in sup. Please clear ur backyard before u kill the game with sup gaining all unfair advantage over other teams.

The answer is obvious, though haters will never want to believe anything other than what they want to believe. Sup dosnt allow hackers. It could be possible someone sneaks by from time to time, but for there to be 19 of them, we would have to be able to have some way to identify these players, and actively recruit them. Why so many concentrated in just one faction? Why none in sup? If we did have any, I would want to know, and would expect them to recieve the same penalty as any other doing the same.

As most people should be aware, SUP has several players who are effectively Gree independent contractors that receive tens of thousands of free gold as payment for services. They are shills and at best cost the rest of the community real money. More troubling, Gree has allowed such individuals to obtain personal information through allowing them access to game servers. This is a serious breach of Gree security protocols as disclosed in their most recent quarterly filings and we believe constitutes violations of various consumer protection statutes in California as well as other states.
These same members also have the ability to add units at their whim (see 13 bridge jumpers on a certain account) as well as the evidence presented on other social media forums regarding the ability to change le set availability, rare drop percentages and crate drops. This evidence has been out there in plain sight for months yet Gree has refused to ban such individuals. Again, this costs the entire community real dollars, providing an unfair stat advantage, incremental wd and FA points and directly impacts wd and FA prizes and ranks.
As it pertains to the le set issues, it has been firmly established that half of SUP including SUP leadership had purchased the same le sets through the mechanism Gree provided and had done so for several full assault events. Only when they saw OSW players utilizing their own methodology did they take offense. Please see multiple threads here showing the blatant hypocrisy which has been established as fact. OSW is still waiting for Gree to remove units from several le sets (prior to the set that was removed) from multiple sup accounts. In addition, as detailed here on other threads, the leaders of SUP themselves took advantage of a glitch relating to the ability to buy valor units they were not entitled to. Those units still persist in the sup leadership's inventory. Of course SUP still refuses to acknowledge any of this except to state that certain of their players have asked Gree to remove their units.
Additionally, several SUP players took advantage of multiple boost buildings for multiple WD's (we refer to this as the sup base restore hack). Gree correspondence has shown they were fully aware of this issue as was sup leadership yet these players were still allowed to participate in wd events. Allowing these players to participate took away points from other factions by allowing them to hit higher level targets and depriving rival teams of a target to hit. This cost other teams including OSW REAL money and allowed sup to obtain prizes through an unfair advantage in wd.
In addition, there is incontrovertial proof that sup had set up what can be loosely termed "sup hack university" to teach their players how to energy glitch. Their explanation was that they were merely "translating" hacking instructions for their Russian players. While we are in favor of cross border relations perhaps buying them membership to Rosetta Stone courses would have been more effective if this was truly a language issue. Again, this costs the entire community REAL dollars through an illegally gained stat boost and provides an unfair advantage in wd.
Shockingly and to the extent that people are still unaware, the crate event that was blatantly hacked two months ago was done by several of the founders of sup and pun who were retiring and attempted to make the mw community aware of what sup leadership has been doing since the start of the game. Call it a final act of goodwill to open people's eyes. OSW has only recently been made aware of this and current sup leadership has attempted to cover this up. Once again, this costs the entire community REAL dollars by driving event costs up and provides sup with an illegal stat boost providing an unfair advantage in wd.
In summation, sup leadership continued to accuse others of what they have been doing themselves since the game started in an attempt to protect their ill gotten gains. It is the classic situation where they have donned "white hats" to police others while rotted to the core and unfortunately Gree has stood idly by. Most troubling is the fact that when, despite the unfair advantages detailed here and elsewhere that Gree has turned a blind eye to, it became clear that they were still in danger of losing first place, they are now attempting to plead with Gree to help perpetuate their fraud. A better and more honorable strategy would have been to walk off into the sunset.
We expect Gree to look into multiple SUP accounts that were sold (which is a clear TOS violation) We expect Gree to also look into SUP players playing with jail broken devices which will allow them access to a Bot program and distance themselves from sup immediately, ban all independent contractors from participating in the game, remove their ability to access Gree servers and scan accounts and most importantly obtain personal information. We expect Gree to check all crate event records and sup individuals who hacked them should be banned. Lastly, Sup should be stripped of ALL wd prizes immediately disgorging their ill gotten stat gains.
Gree senior management will be sent copies of this as well as supporting evidence and Gree's registered agent will be informed that they are not to destroy any electronic records including back ups of all correspondence with sup players including ex-sup players as all such records are discoverable should OSW or others seek legal remedy.

I would highly, HIGHLY recommend that if anyone reading this (REGARDLESS OF WHAT FACTION THEY BELONG TO OR HOWEVER MUCH THEY THINK THAT MATTERS) has anything on their account that they know should not be possible to have, be those items or buildings or whatever, that they send us a ticket in the next 12 hours with a concise, polite and factual account of how they came by those.

In the meantime, as we have continually stated here, please keep the drama to a minimum.
