I thought I'd bump this since I'm sure we have a better picture of some of the upgrades now and it would be great if everyone would help fill in.
someone has new info about bonus costs? still some gaps that need to be filled
Not yet. My guild has been saving for health boosts and those are expensive, so I haven't had any new info in a while. My chat listed above is mostly up to date. I haven't uploaded a new image of the chart, but not a lot has been added to it.
Edit: Actually, a lot has been added to my spreadsheet since the last image. Once we get the next health boost in the next couple days I'll upload a new image. I've been keeping track and trying to find a pattern for the cost from level 6 to level 10, but there doesn't seem to be one pattern. From 1 to 5 it's the same pattern for all bonuses, but once you pass 5/10, each bonus seems to follow it's own formula.

L9 upgrade cost reduction: 80M
L7 health regen: 1600M
L8 health regen: 2200M
Last guild increase 2250M
L10 magic defense: 120M
L7 machine defense: 90M
