I too have very little actuall spend on this game despite using thousands of gold. Once it's gone I won't be going back for more. Gree have been slowly ruining this game for a long time and it's not worth anything. I'd be less pissed off by putting my next paycheck on red and it coming in black than I am at the constant failings of this game.

There are only a few people in my syndicate with that much energy, so I hope this is an error.
Pretty sure it's a mistake , why would greedy want to keep most players from being able to spend money...it's just sad that they can't release anything without having to release an update.not to mention that the update will prob cause an issue somewhere else.
