Anyone an share where do they farm for folders please?

I farm at nervous guard at comm post.

comm post patrol vehicle.. 1 hit per kill usually about 33 to 50% folder drop

I am looking at the best drop rate vs energy/XP gain

I farm at Trafficker Base - Renegade Sniper
10XP 103e per hit. droprate off 70%+

Go to Enemy Output Map and hit the Renegade Felon. Found him to be the lowest along with the best drop rate.

Ditto on this one.. 79 energy, 8xp, drop rate is 75% or higher...

I farm Infantry-In-Training Smith in Insurgent Camp. 5 energy and 1 xp a hit and I average around 1 folder every 50 energy spent.

I think any targets over 130 energy you get a drop rate of about 70/80%

I guess with the new event they took away all the NPC's mentioned above, can't find any of them nor the ones that I was farming

Seeing the same here. We all asked for them to remove old npc's. Who would of thought they would do it when they are needed? Silly me...

our faction uses Xing Min Yu on Emir Island for 105 energy gives a drop rate of about 80%

I've been pounding the Renegade Sentry at Enemy Encampment, 38 energy, 4xp, getting about 40%. they come in streaks, three or four straight, so i just tap away.

Edit: looks like they pulled Renegade Sentry for new NPCs

Try Naval Architect in Shipyard. May not be as good as the Renegade targets, but it's my old favorite, it's always there and always gives folders It's 6exp 52e, about 50% drop rate

Patrol Vehicle at Border guard complex just gave me 9 folders for 12 hits @ 9xp-85e per hit

just collected 34 folders with 3600 energy of Infantry Major Cooke (53e / 5xp) in enemy encampment. thats 105 energy per folder. thats the best i've had yet with the new targets.
its not every other folder though. it comes in clusters so you have to stick with it to get the average.
