I used to think it could be abused. But the more I think about it, if it's done right then abuse won't matter.

If someone who deserves rewards is kicked, then that guild lost a good player and another guild will gain a good player. If it was abused, then you'd see it happen mostly in the few weeks following implementation. After that, you wouldn't see guilds kicking anyone unless it was warranted.

i feel that gm should only be warranted that power, and honestly if they abuse it people with leave no one wants to play with someone that abuses power.
