I'd like a mod to confirm- Is the 3rd place reward really -3 PERCENT mafia size reduction, or is it just -3? 3% of a level 100, would potentially mean reducing your enemies size by 15, taking off an armor, gun, melee and explosive item for each of those 15. In the past, the mafia size mods have been pretty small. 3% would be a significant change to that.
