In my search of robbing hoods, I came across something of interest.
I remember a few weeks back seeing a thread that spoke about a building that was in a hood that shouldn't be possible. I thought there was a logical answer and never found out about it

Possibly this guy has accidentally deleted a building, sent a ticket in about it (which would get it restored after a few days), and in the meantime built a replacement so ending up with three.

The fact that he has multiples like this suggests either a high degree of fumble fingers, or having seen the outcome the first time round he has then exploited it to gain three of several buildings. Your choice which way you lean. If they were big earning LTBs or nightclubs it would raise an eyebrow more than the ones shown do.
