    Please help, my account was switched with someone else's account

    I logged out for a minute and when logged back in, it's not even my account, it's someone else's avatar? How could Gree do this mess?

    This is unbelievable! How can Gree SCREW UP THIS BAD! This is not a normal average account. This is a top 1% account! Serious $$$ has been spent. FIX IT PLEASE!

    CJ - The RB will be starting soon. Please remedy this situation before then, or Loki may not be credited for the proper RB units.

    Loki - I just hope the other individual with your account doesn't go on a gem splurge and use your 50k gems to help his guild finish RB.

    This was not okay regardless of how "average" that account was or wasn't. We are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
