    How many still play?

Then quit complaining... Look around the forums. The staff at GREE can't possible answer all of your complaints across all of the games. If you don't like it, quit playing GREE games. Quit spending mortgage payments on gold. Complaining about it is not, has not, nor will it every accomplish much. The only thing I've seen GREE listen to is constructive ideas on improving game play.

It's a statement of facts and opinions. Complaining is expressing dissatisfaction. I did not express dissatisfaction.

If I had said, "I am tired of seeing..." or "I am annoyed with..." then my original statement would be a complaint.

    Thank you, come again.

It does seem like a complaint, no matter how you attempt to dress it up . It comes over like you are complaining about grees service in the hope someone will listen and quit, in my opinion .

But of course. It's always crying when everyone runs out of adjectives to describe something accurately.

As I scroll through the list of threads your name seems to appear in most of them. I suspect this is the reason you are the first to take offense, and to find GREE culpable for every insignificant issue you take as important.

You would also appear glutton for punishment as you scream the loudest, yet still play the game.

The direction game play has taken does not support that Gree listens to players constructive ideas. Constructive fixes after the server crash were cast to the way side in favor of telling players to go suck lemons

I do believe your right though if you don't like it , don't play BUT as a paying customer people have that right of complaint and may exorcise it as they please

This is why I said what I said. If you don't like the way they handle it, stop playing. That message is much louder and more clearer than whining about it on a message board.

I have not dressed up a complaint. A complaint, once again, would be me expressing dissatisfaction with GREE and I have not. I have simply stated that they do not listen to the whiny complaints so if you don't like it, quit playing.

Being a paying customer does not guarantee you the right of complaint either. That is equivalent to saying that non-Gold players have no rights to complaint and deserve nothing. Also the medium in which you take your complaint matters much more than the complaint itself. Coming on to the GREE forum and whining about how this sucks and how there are so many bugs does nothing. It's like going to a rally holding a sign up on the highway versus going to the government and having the floor to speak. Use the Support button, in game, to get your concerns heard. Constructive complaints are much better than "Hey GREE, you guys suck and can't get anything right." I'm sure that style of complaint receives SOOOOO much attention

Here is some examples... Which one do you think GREE will listen to?

    Constructive: http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthre...bal-Domination

    Destructive: http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthre...time-with-Gree

Complaint about gree or not still a complaint

Thee fact that I live in a free democratic society does give me a right to complaint , along with the fact that gree have a complaints procedure , as for the rest I will get to it after I eat , like I said I agree with you about IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT PLAY , I also 100% agree on how a person complains , use the complaints system not a forum . That leave

So because your not talking about gree that means your not complaining ? No a complaint is you showing your annoyance / dissatisfaction of anything and at this point your doing so about people whining , like it or not that is the case , your complaining about others not gree but it's still a complaint .
Also being a paying customer in relation to is game does give me the right to complain , you saying that means someone who don't pay to play has no right to complaint is kinda dumb , of course they also have the right to complain but under uk law any paying customer has the right to complain for ,many matters but in this case it would be for that of poor service , it says it right there on trading standards site and this government site here https://www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights so again under uk law paying customers have the right to complain , non paying customers will have many consumer rights also but those I am unsure of

Of course it gives you a right. Even non paying players have a right to complain.

Why do you think ITunes have given a lot of players refunds on their War of Nations Purchases?

Just don't expect to get any feedback from gree on here.

I think gree should also listen to free players, but every business should listen to the people that contribute their dollars to your business. My complaint was based on gree not responding to my email. I asked for gold in game to replace the gold I spent compensating for gree's server rollback. I had already invested in getting doom and I don't spend 100s like some people so it was disappointing that gree doesn't care about my business. I thought that some extra gold in game which would cost gree a few mins of a customer service rep's time was perfectly reasonable request to keep a paying customer happy. Apple on the other hand did care about my problem. I recieved an email written to me, listened to my complaint. I then recieved a larger real money refund then I asked for in game. I admit I'm a bit of a spiteful person so I have vowed never to return another $ to greedy's pockets. If you don't like people complaining then stop using the Internet, I'm pretty sure after porn it is the next most popular thing to do. The forum is here to discuss publicly, which means you can rant, complain, give constructive criticism, or talk about what you want to eat for dinner, the only people that should be censored are those who are offensive to others. Just my two cents

That's the other WoN fall back. If someone isn't crying they need meds and to see a doctor...
