go in game on new phone and send in a ticket with new character name, Funzio ID, attack and defense stats, and Mafia ID. Also send the same info for your old character. The more info they have the quicker they can find and transfer it

But it can't connect to the internet on the new phone so how will that work?

i sent in a ticket through my other account..
lets hop greed will do something.. cos last time i sent a ticket.. nothing!

use the gree support web page, I find it much more successful. i'm in week 6 getting my mini transferred from a lost device to my replacement device.
