It really doesn't matter. You only fight people with the same stats as you anyways. Whether you 10 or 250. Except for battles of course.
I'm level 120 with 60m/43m. Still being robbed like a dog every day
It's all relative to the level of syn you're in.

200k/lvl is considered fairly good
I have 250k/lvl and I still get robbed tho.
Remember that the equation for rob defence is much less than your posted defensive stats (depending on your stats distribution, could be as low as 50%) This is why the strategy of the game has completely been changed - defensive buildings no longer have any value in this era of stats inflation.
If you had a defence score of 100,000k, with 80,000 from items, and 20,000 from defensive buildings, in a robbery defence your functional defence score would be approx 60,000 (50% of 80,000 plus 20,000 ).
All the weapons are for the old crime city I don't understand why they don't update that.
Before the stats inflation, the game was pretty well balanced, and someone's level was a good surrogate for their strength. I'll bet that Gree's revenue stream increased a lot with the introduction of events, but it put the game out of balance. Many aspects of the game no longer are relevant in any way whatsoever. Defence buildings, units for sale, economy, they all have limited or no value in the current game.
Why would you want to buy a 'powerful' item in the store, when two events later its power has diminished so significantly it's worth 20% of what you paid?
