Dear Mods and Forumers,
One of my long time guild mate is from New Zealand. A few months ago, KA has already been removed from the NZ App Store and he has been relying on the "purchase app" links to update his game. However, today KA no longer showed up in his "purchased app". He is stuck now. What can he do to continue playing. There's is still 530 gems in his account and he is a regular gem buyer.
Can any kind soul please let us know how we can overcome this situation. Mods, appreciate an advice. Thank you.
