What did you change with the CP algorithm???

Id like to receive any kind of clarification from the mods... are you guys reading this CJ?? snapopera?? perhaps if you explained a few things it would help...

1./ does multiple people hitting one target affect the CP each player receives???

2./Is this change to the CP awarded going to be permanent???

3./Is there a set period of time during war during which two guilds are prevented from rematching??

worst per win ever for my secondary (down 100/hit average) and about the same average as before for my 200
my 200 is happy
the rest of me says hey gree check your math - shouldn't certain players (the best) score better on average?

What ever changes are across all players so the playing field is still level.

I'm asking the devs about this. I know we flattened the point ranges (so, a higher minimum and lower max) but that was active last CoK event.
