Loot unit not credited towards Event: Watchdog Theone

I received an M-93 Honey Badger for defeating a level 70 boss, but it did not count towards the individual event. I've restarted the game a few times, but it's not correcting itself.
I can see the unit awarded in the Raid Boss history, but the event still shows 0/1 collected.

I'll probably collect another one of this particular unit before the event is over, but if this happens to one of the Epic loot items, I don't think I'd be so lucky.

Anyone else have this issue? Should I file a ticket, or is it already well known?

Yeah, always send a ticket. That's what the bosses will say.
