Phone Crashed... HELP!

my phone crashed and looking to get back my old character..

i dont have my old allie code, all i have is the old ticket receipts from funzio with all that info..

anyone know if this is sufficient enough?

I'm not confident whether this still works, but you can ask a friend (droid user) in the same syndicate as the missing account to visit hood and click on member's information. It should show the mafia code if gree hasn't patched that functionality yet. Good luck.

Actually, it still works (just verified it); but instead of syndicate friend, it has to be one of your mafia friends who you have added. They also need to be using a droid.

I'm not entirely positive if the information above is sufficient, but you should try anyway. It would also be helpful if you can provide the UDID of the crashed device to the support agent.

Hapend to me same. I just send a ticket with my mafia code, name, lv and on what phone and info from the new device. Mafia code lv and phone imei . In 2:-3days they ask me for confirmation gor my gold purchase., and after2-3 hours I was back on.
