The vault is 90m, anything more than 90*1.5=135m is mission impossible.

you buy the buildings for the iph.. doing it in line with the bltq is just a bonus. That given, it likely doesnt make sense to upgrade this very high yet unless your iph is already very high.

And as a pre-emptive answer, your upgrade bonuses for time apply only to upgrades and not to the construction.

This is one of the most useless LE buildings out in quite some time!

The second most expensive building ever released in the game (first was Alexandria villa), but at a base IPH of $47k it only has the 5th highest IPH, only marginally better than the Tatra Outpost ($41.6k) & Carcel de Cuba ($42.8k).

The rewards are also not something to write home about. The top unit @95k attack doesnt really cut the mustard for this very weak IPH but very expensive building.

I would have expected a building costing $117.5m to have a comparably high base IPH of $90-100k

Don't forget the fact that as it's a 4 hour collection it will be raided to kingdom come were it to be upgraded far, thank god it's small and can be hidden.

Agreed xknight. The other thing is at 4 hrs the full iph will most likely not be ascertained by most. 12 24 and 48 are far more easily managed
