Friday Night Fever / Saturday Special Energy Requirements To Finish

Hi all, just a quicky if anyone can help,

Right now im on Friday Night fever 12/15 and Saturday Special 10/20, im curious as to what the remaining amount of energy is required for me to complete, anybody have a energy requirements list available? I have looked around and can't locate any details at all other than reward lists,

A lot!!!! I almost finished it but my syn couldn't keep up, got to 17\20 and stopped on the elite, spent a lot of gold, would of been worth it if my members were heavy gold users too

Thanks, but its not the syn event i need to know (i bought the big weapon for that one..lol) its just the individual requirements that i need...
