Also new syndicate bonuses need to be released. That'll keep most of the syns busy for the next year at least.

It won't happen that way regardless. Building output mods have been top 50/100 historically.

Nobody said anything about free. Gree's other 2 major games (KA and MW) got these (initiated by gree), so i don't see why not here. Although i'd prefer time reduction mod. But that's just me.
