Can't recover account. What to do?
I used to have an account on Bluestacks until Bluestacks stopped working for me. I recovered this account to my phone (where I have my main save on) just to check on it. I tried to recover my other account and it gives me this:
Not sure who to e-mail or what to do. Halp pls.
EDIT: I did have an e-mail bound to the account. Unsure why it would give me this.Last edited by Sent; 03-26-2014 at 03:37 PM.

compared to most 1-5 cent programs, this one sounds legit. the other 17 cents goes to help run everything else

Binding definitely doesn't last three hours since the account I recovered I haven't played on in a few weeks (and I bound it over a month ago).
EDIT: When you bind, the code that is e-mailed to you (to confirm the bind) only lasts three hours, not the actual bind itself (that would be stupid).
EDIT2: Ended up using the "Support" thingy in-game. Let's hope they don't take forever to respond.Last edited by Sent; 03-26-2014 at 05:59 PM.

this company really needs some restructuring. wonder if you can connect them to the BBB and report them for their untimely responses?

Id say realistically youre looking at 3-4 days for an automated response and then another 3-4 days after that, supply info and then 2-3 days after that
Thanks Gree for listening

Noob question
Total noob here, but he said he was trying to get it on his phone where he already has his main account. Can you have multiple accounts on a single device?

I had my main account on my phone. I recovered my other account (to my phone) to check on it. I tried to recover my main account back and it doesn't let me.
I don't see why we have to "bind" our account to a device. Why can't we just register the account with a (username/)e-mail/pass.no

I don't see how this would change anything. The system would work the same way it does now except you'd have your account registered, making it easier to recover. It wouldn't be a log out and create a new account system. You'd always be "logged in" (how the system is now) except that you can attach an e-mail and a password to your account.
