People want/need to see what place to strive for. Those plans are taking shape NOW.
It'd be great to see the streak and wins rewards also.

hopeing top 10 is 10-15% HR bouns or 15% attack bonus everhing back behind that is a plus..

I think they are not posted so you dont know what to plan for, you know people are going nuts for the current event
Never know, Gree might put up +1 building upgrade for Top 500 once everyone has spent their life savings to get current one.
