25m atk boosted = less then 10m raw. Not really helpful.
Remember it's all about raw stats when pertaining to raid boss.

I didn't know players raw attacked level 100 raid bosses. I was always under the impression players force attacked those. At least, that's how my syn does it.
2 of which are free and can be done in the 2 hour span.
Beggars can't be choosers at the same time. It looks like they are capable of dealing the damage, you just want it even easier.

No one cares about boosted/modded/bonus stats. It's all about your raw with raid boss, pure raw. Your highest guy with 33m atk doesn't QA the raid boss @ 33m. When promoting yourself or you team mates let people know what your QA is or your PA at that.
As I've said before, there is absolutely no reason he should be QAing a level 100 boss unless his syndicate is collaborating with another one (or several) to beat RB faster.
With that being said, you are right. Needs to state Raw attack.
But, from experience, I know 8 players with 25M modded stats can do the damage he needs. only the very old school players with those stats would have raw attacks too low to meet his expected damage, due to mods.
