Why do you guys allow 6 people to have the same name

Yes, we should all be forced to have 20 character alpha-numeric names. None of which will have any meaning or personalization. Actually, let's not even pick our names, they need to be auto assigned. Because it will be SOOO much easier to tell the difference between Dave12547890B and Dave1258971A.
