Im in a top 10 syn as well. Do the math, it's totaly doable without gold. I'm not saying we won't use gold - get it done quicker and start farming.

You need gold unless you are sas1 & taw. Don't kid yourself.
2 billion HP divided by 60 syndicate members is 33m dmg needed from each member for a L100 boss. Extremely doable without gold, provided PAs and patience.
There's alot of "IFs" in there. And for 25 of them very unlikely you'll have all 60 members online to pa twice. Plus it would take 92 straight hours to do it that way. So sure you gonna have 60 members stay awake for 92hrs to complete the raid boss gold free? Not going to happen.
Anyone saying they will do this gold free doesn't get it.
To be fair, you never have 60 members hitting a raid boss.
That said, for top 10 teams, 33m dmg is trivial, it's more like 1 FA.
In reality, anyone on a t25 team is likely a gold spender, and don't worry about a few recharges here and there. Though gold isn't necessarily required to finish, it will always be used.
