Best strategy I can see would be to only build 1 (and upgrade if you want). Then if you don't get the units build the second one after the event starts

Would you be able to post the units we will get for the LTQ associated with the building? With the new units they had better be good or many people will only be upgrading unit buildings.

Thanks for the response. Since we are still working on Mongolia upgrade, will extra time be given to be able to fully upgrade the new building? Thanks.
