    Lost profile, need help,

    I lost my profile while trying to transfer game from old device to knew device, need help from a mod, multiple tickets sent and still silence after 2 days,

    Please fix before WD starts

    You are just going to have to be patient, spending multiple tickets won't help.

    Ye, I don't know what I did but I transferred blank game to old device and lost my profile, tried back ups and that but no good, suppose il enjoy life for a bit

    Try to give all information on the account that you have.
    You can do this by sending a reply to the ticket you've sent (not a new ticket).
    Provide these details:
    Ally code: New and old (best is a screenshot of the old account, you can ask someone that you know had you on their ally list)
    Last succesfull login
    Last date you purchased gold (if you've done this)
    Registered email (if this one is different from the one you've sent the ticket)

    Thanks, I added most if that to the second ticket, just takes so long to get a response

    Can a moderator please look into getting my profile back, my team needs me, well at least I think they do but please look into this. It's sad but I have big missed a day logging in over 14 months, today is the first lol
