    Just buy it. It's so cheap, small foot print so won't cramp your style and the free units pop out after each upgrade is completed.

    What more were you expecting?

    I get how the ltbs work, but usually it shows up in your goals list, my goals list shows the last bldg, I have nothing for this one. So I can't tell if there is prizes for building and upgrading

    Just read up. Do it early so you can get to lvl 10. Don't wait for the goal list update or you might regret it.

    still no unit info in the toolkit for this building? wondering if they've raised the stats of the ltb units

    Yes but I just finished upgrade lvl 8 and received a Covert Recon Boat Att30,155/Def 27,835. That's a pretty good unit. After the event just sell off building.

    is it confirmed that upgrading this will get bonus units although we don't have a goal ?
