I attack and kill an NPC, collect money, vault...go out of game and come back in and none of it is recorded. WTF?

it does the same to me as well..u gotta hit the refresh button or attack a rival 1 time and it will log the data into the server

Same here , energy being used but some kills aren't being registered. Exit the game come back and nothing is recorded.

U have to send a ticket to gree and report this issue, they have spaecialists to to fix this kind of problems!!!!

We have in our faction three members (including myself) with the same problem - hit a target till for example 4/5 (max we can do with a full energy bar in the FLTQ Prestige) - log out and when we log back in later for the final hit - target is back at 0/5. Some of us got part of energy still there but two of us had the energy gone a few times... Tickets were sent but no real response yet...

sure they do but i have yet to see a TRUE specialist on this game..the CS is far from anything special imo

Open rival list and refresh a few times, open wd-globe and go to rewards or force internet connection in a other way. Then the chance of uncollected buildings / non counted hits is much smaller.

I've opened a ticked a few weeks ago as well and response was it could be due to bad internet connection..

i also get that same message but its funny that i have never had a internet connection issue since im sitting right beside my router box..only the MW app is the one i have the connection issues thing pop up when all other apps works fine..i think they got a think in front of their desk that says to type these certain responses to us 90% of the time..ever now and then u do get a good REP that will help u out and i do apprecriate the ones that do..it all depends on whos inbox that ur ticket response lands in to get a good helpful anwser

It's due to a patch they installed in a data push a couple weeks back for something we can't talk about lol.
Just as joe op said - refresh your rivals list to force sync with the servers. Then you're free to exit with no issues
