Ah, yes you're right. My mistake. Perhaps the double negative confused me.
In that case I voted no. I don't have a problem with my rivals list.
I'm coming from a place that doesn't have low iph though. I see level 250s all day, and they all have great iph.
But I'm not much of a robber anyways, I tend to use my newsfeed instead.

Why don't they just make a "Anyone I can beat on rivals list gives me all their money" button, saves time for hunting for new targets and there would be no need for "favorite rivals" button.
