I think currently there is a big variance in stat averages. Somewhere between 50k/level and 70k/level would be about average. I am over 100k/level and only half a dozen people in my range can hit me. but out of that half dozen, I have seen over 200k/level also

I'm right at that 200k/level mark at lvl 124... when I don't collect on time there are several around stronger that love for me to fund their upgrades. That being said I think your 70k number is pretty accurate for the average around this level.
