Attempting to FIX Crime City???

I found it by going to the App Store, finding Crime City, scrolling to the bottom of the details, and clicking on License Agreement. That takes you to the latest published Terms of Service.

I'm on college and I seem to not get my point across when asking a question.
I was referring to GREE forum? I figured the message would point it out, but yet again I was wrong. I apologize for my lack of clarification

I have looked through a number of threads but I am looking for the actual "Rules" of this forum so I can know what I can and can not post in my threads

Maybe call a staff meeting and toss a grenade in the room. Hire new staff. May fix things.
