We haven't been able to contact our leader for three weeks and we haven't been able to buy any hideouts for this war. On top of that we have a member declaring battles at will.

I'm not trying to start a mutiny as our leader is really good but what can we do?

Try submitting a ticket to have the leader of your syndicate swapped out. For this battle though, unless your leader shows back up I don't think there is much you can do.

You will need to have someone fill out the form from in-game or here: https://games.gree-support.net/tickets/new You cannot request who the next leader will be. It will be the most active senior member. Thanks.

lol wow that's stupid and rude. What if the leader is on a vacation or getting a new phone? So you just get him a new leader and then expect the leader to come back pissed off.

No real excuse for missing a war or finding someone to take charge. Not stupid, not rude at all replacing a 3-weeks-missing leader. Being the leader of a syndicate on a social game is a responsibility. It appears from the OP that the leader took no initiative on delegating leadership to officers, and it really isn't fair to the OP and his whole syndicate on account of one players irresponsible leadership.
