I just started the game the other day. I was a level 5. I purchased two of the starter packs. I read on the forum you must be level 10 to participate int he event. Well, I leveled up fast to get to 10. However, the even is still unavailable to me.
Does anyone have any ideas on what is wrong? I am currently lvl 12 and still no luck

Try restarting your app. Several restarts might be needed for the data to load.

In some other thread someone said you need to be level 14 or 15 to do this LTQ. I have no idea what the normal minimum level is, but this time it sounds to be 14 or 15.

i can confirm it is 15. i had a low level account that i leveled up to reach minimum. currently on 5/5 of begins

The mod is -1% NOT -10%

It's -10% off the 10% fee.. which makes it 9%

-1% off the 10% fee would make it 9.9%
