Doubt it will be done before war, the moment people send tickets regarding every single event which has problems, the mods go into hiding for days. Hence why every questiom hasnt been answered in the forum. Lol

I need help ASAP as well, my minis device has an old version of Android and now I can't start the game. The 4.0.2 update of CC does not support it. Therefore I need Gree to transfer it to another device ASAP. Ticket number #1435563, all information about the devices are attached to the ticket.
Last time I asked for help with a ticket on her A&F got on me about it and closed my thread

No, since I can't download CC from Google Play anymore. It's a crappy device with Android 2.2.2, which CC can't be downloaded to anymore. I'm not whining on the fact the device can't run CC, but I want it transfered to my new device ASAP so I can help in the battle. Please A&F (A) <3
