Anyone getting this?

Not being a tester I couldn't say. If there's one in my faction and it's affecting everyone that would sound reasonable.

A regular occurrence for me too, sometimes when ive left the game on overnight, locked on my ipod, they pop up again often as late as two weeks.

On close examination the alerts seem to be two factions, but without a "and" between them, so it looks very strange.
