I have confirmed that you do not need to get the 10 Access Cards to complete the wrapper, and have edited accordingly.

I'm sorry, but post edit, it is still confusing. There is no wrapper prize. You get x for collecting all 8 and you get y for collecting 10 cards. I appreciate the communication, but there continues to be too many errors in game and on the forums, one which after two months I am still awaiting a response from your customer service. Please ensure that fort he upcoming events, including the WD event, that the awards and requirements, including the correct events, are verified in advance. A minimum level of QA would go a long way. Hire a summer intern, find a warm body.

The wrapper prize is the Tri-Force Strike Glider. It's the prize you get for obtaining all 8 units listed.

Got the 8/8 unit and on 9/10 of the cards. Minimal gold used. Seems to be an event with better drop rates.
