Stealing & Robbing Algorithm once and for all?

i will be more than glad to understand a few things and on the way every new guy in the game will have a chance to learn.

    Questions:
    1. what's the deal with the pseudo robs (those 3rd rob that gives $1)??
    2. what is the new stealing algorithm (for on hand cash)? is it level dependent? is there a maximum?
    3. is there a point where u better off not banking?
    4. how many times can u get hit?
    5. how long (after being hit too much) will i be in the "too beat up" state?

    Answers (verified):
    1. ???
    2. $1000 * (Your Level - 10) per hit.
. . (for example: i'm level 100 then the maximum any1 can steal from me is $90,000 per hit)
    3. ???
    4. u can get hit maximum 20 times in a row
    5. ???

    thanks for the helpers!

I assume the point of the third rob is to encourage hit backs and get more names out there, if I hit your 24's for two hits and walk away they still look juicy to the next person that strolls into your hood so they hit that pagoda for $1 and walk away as do 10 other people. you now have a whole list of fresh names on your news feed for about a $10 loss.
I don't care if you agree with my opinion, its my opinion so move on and find someone who cares.

3rd rob in my opinion is a coding glitch that has not been tidied up, not covering units of a whole $ from last timestamp when collected. But some folks like it being there so it's left in

    1. rounding errors, when game can not pay equally for first and 2nd rob, there is leftover. That is 3rd rob.
    2. ~1k per level, with ~250k max at lvl250 target
    3. when 10% of your income is higher as max you can loose from robs -after 15-20 attacks you go into 'target is too beat up' phase -dunno how long.

For example, you are lvl 250, with 30m iph from which you collect 80% and you rob another 200m . Thats 776m income per day, depositing that you would loose 77m. Per attack max you can loose is 250k, so even with 20 attacks you will loose 5m max per vulnerability period. Even if immunity is 1h you would win by not depositing.
Exception is battle time where you have no protection within battle screen. So you can be robbed dry if all gang-bang you...

you can be hit max of 20 times per person at one time. also depends on your lvl.

the amount that can be taken is bases on lvl. if i attack a lvl 250 i get max 240k per hit. if i attack a lvl 209 i get a max of 199k per hit.
