Our SLTQ disappeared with less than 60 kills left on last level. Getting tired of Gree and they're bull****.
Same here we were using and buying gold like mad men to finish to get last reward and it mysteriously vanished....do we need to submit a trouble ticket?

If you weren't finished with 43 minutes to go you weren't going to finish it.
But you could have easily finished the level you were working on.
It's funny how the mods won't even reply. I guess you can freeload at work too, not only in a game, such incompetence is funny.
By the way guys, lets congratulate all those syndicates that had players who hacked (which is a felony) the energy or gold to complete the SLTQ, some didnt (nor will) even have the stats nor gold to complete the Raid Boss. Also those who charged money to reward players with stolen items, keep it up.

This same thing happened to one of my syndicates, we were 13 short, and plenty of gold to finish, just wanted to get the most out of our free energy.
Last time this happened you were given weapon for level your syn was on. Not sure if they will do it this time. For every one unhappy with what happen there are others not happy about compensation. So for those too young in game to know it got out of hand.
So compensation was considered too much, not enough, none should be given and filled the forum for weeks. So Gree gave up on stuff like this couldn't win.
There is a new wave of suckers...er gold players.. so let's see how they handle this one.
I had sent a ticket in when it happened and just got a reply... They apologized for my frustration and said they were passing it directly to the developers. Got a reply in the same day so that's something.
That seems to be their standard reply to everything these days: copy and paste the generic reply that goes no way to explaining/trying to solve the issue then move onto the next ticket and repeat
