I keep getting the same thing... Notifications that I've been robbed even though none of my buildings are up for collection. Thought I was going crazy

normally it just says you've been robbed with no monetary value, but on the notification screen when my phone is locked it says $0.

I get robbed a hour before I can collect. crazy.
In modern war I get alerts on my phone when someone raids or attacks me. But Gree aren't satisfied with just one, no. I get a dozen come up one after the other. What the f is that about? I get that as well. And I've stopped playing but keep getting a pop up saying the same person has robbed me about 5 times a day. Even though was about two weeks back he robbed me.
