Trade centre for money/gold concrete and folders

I know this has been mentioned before, but have you any plans to implement a trade centre or market into the game to trade in money/concrete, gold and maybe folders?

It would be a great feature and would make the game a lot more interesting, and helps a lot when I player needs the extra resource.

this is rubbish idea.....weaker factions would be exploited by stronger and take all their resources....besides, you can trade them at the moment anyway so what's the deal??
